At LeashLegend™, we want you—and your pets —to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Not damaged or altered

To start a return, please contact us at supportLeashLegendsstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the item (if applicable)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

  • Clearance or final sale items

💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-7  business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different color or received the wrong item?
We’ll gladly help! Reach out and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, our fulfillment system (AutoDS) begins processing automatically.

📬 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
